We are happy to help you with questions about the Automatic Payment System (APS) and changes to your membership. We take care of your accounts PERSONALLY and LOCALLY – not through a 3rd party in another state.
Please Note: Email is NOT an acceptable or reliable form of requesting or communicating changes to your membership, including holds and cancellations.

Pre-Payments to Your Account are due on the 10th of each month if you wish to avoid APS charges to your credit card or bank account for payment of the next month’s membership dues.
Please remember the following important guidelines for adjustments to your membership:
Changes in your personal information need to be communicated to the club immediately, i.e., name, address, phone, billing info – credit card & checking accounts
All changes must be made in Writing – this may be done in person or via US mail – Email is not acceptable.
You may upgrade your membership, (add a spouse or family member, or include racquet sports) at any time by stopping at the front desk, authorizing the change and paying the difference in monthly dues.
Requests for cancellations require a 30 day notice, in Writing and a review of your account and balances prior to approvals.
Medical Holds are available for those who furnish a legitimate note from a Doctor and are completed at no cost to you.
You may Deactivate your membership (Hold or Freeze) with a written request and 30 days notice. A Reactivation fee will apply when you return, based on the number of months you have been away, up to a maximum of 9 months. Memberships may be deactivated, or placed on Hold for a maximum of 6 months, and require a hold fee. A change fee may apply to certain membership changes.
